At Varco Wears, we aim to provide our customers with quality products and a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary, so we have established the following guidelines to assist you.
Return Policy
- No Returns: We do not accept returns on any products. All sales are final once purchased.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that all items are generally non-returnable except under the following circumstances:
- If you have received a damaged product
- If you have received the wrong product
- If you have received an expired product
- If the wrong size was shipped
Exchange Policy
While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions:
- Exchange Conditions: Exchanges are available for items with size, color, or defect issues only. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags intact and in the original packaging.
- Proof Requirement: To initiate an exchange for a defective item, please provide a video of the parcel as received and a photo of the defective item as proof.
- Exchange Processing Time: It takes 2-3 business days to process exchanges after they have been approved.
- For defective or damaged items, please contact our customer support within 7 Days of delivery, providing the required proof (video and photo), and our team will assist with the exchange process.
Exchange Shipping
Exchange shipping costs are covered by Varco Wears for eligible exchange.
